Procedimiento de inscripción:
- Completar el formulario de pre-inscripción indicando el curso y si solicita beca antes del 8-dic (fecha límite para la solicitud de becas).
- Esperar la evaluación de su solicitud de vacante y beca (si corresponde). Las becas se irán asignando en tandas a medida que se confirmen los fondos disponibles.
- Pagar la inscripción mediante transferencia bancaria (residentes en Argentina) o Paypal (residentes en el exterior). Si recibe beca debe realizar el pago de la inscripción antes del 29-dic para mantener dicho beneficio. En caso de no tener beca el pago del importe a valor “Early registration” se mantiene hasta el 23-enero.
- Completar el formulario “Pago de residentes en Argentina”. Este último paso es indispensable para vincular la transferencia realizada con la vacante asignada.

Late Registration Costs
CAE Poster authors must register to EAMTA (as an undergraduate student)
Meals included with your registration to EAMTA - CAE
The following meals are provided for the assistants of the event
- 2 Coffee Breaks per day (morning and afternoon)
- Lunch of empanadas Thursday and Friday
- Asado dinner on Thursday
Payment information: residents in Argentina - (transfer to Mar del Plata Foundation). Please check the recipient.

Payment instructions for non-Argentinean Residents : CAE and EAMTA
1- Choose the button for your type of registration and make the payment
2- Kindly upload the payment and billing information
3- You will receive an email with the payment information you submitted.
Participant from outside of Argentina must make the payment using PayPal using the following buttons:
CAE Full Early registration (Regular Paper from abroad (USD 100)
CAE and EAMTA Early Professional registration (USD 75)
CAE Full Late registration (Regular Paper from abroad (USD 150)
CAE and EAMTA Late Professional registration (USD 100)
After finishing the payment upload the billing information and the paypal payment ticket and information using the following button:
