Bahía Blanca is well known for it port “Ingeniero White” having a huge University community. Moreover, Bahía Blanca is known for its proud sporting culture. The city has a strong tradition in various sports, with football, basketball and rugby being especially popular among its residents.

Event
EEAMTA and CAE 2024 will be held at the Universidad Nacional del Sur at its Palihue Campus location. The Palihue campus is located in the North of the City, entering through Cabrera Street or San Andrés Street. The university can be easily accessed by car and public transportation, as it is located twenty blocks from the main square of Bahía Blanca and in the vicinity of the Bahía Blanca Shopping Plaza. The location, although not central, is within walking distance of the city center, allowing students to easily explore everything that the city, its commercial area and parks and walks offer.
